We manufacture a complete line of top quality, extreme service Demolition Grapples for all excavator makes and models from 4 to 180 t.

Applications:

Crush and load garbage, wood waste, construction debris, brush, etc. Excellent for building demolition.

Construction:

Custom fabricated with 120,000 psi quenched & tempered steel plate. Hardened pins and aluminum-bronze bushings throughout. Nye grapple tines are a box section design made from continuous T1 structural plates that extend from the tips all the way to the top plate. The continuous tine design makes Nye grapples the strongest in the world. Our superior performance at "Ground Zero" proves this claim.

Features:

Simple installation; pins on in place of normal bucket, back brace welds to underside of dipper-stick.
No extra valves or hoses required.
Extra strong construction, designed for demolition work.
Weld-on hardened steel tips for long life.
Optional Shear Plates; for extra wood waste and garbage crushing ability.

20CG34 Volvo QC Grapple

• Nye Coaxial Pin QC Demolition Grapples are designed to work properly with all types of quick couplers.
• The coaxial design prevents excessive "yo-yo" action.

40CG15U Grapple at the show

• The Nye Coaxial Pin QAU Demolition Grapple is designed to work with (or without) pin grabber type couplers.
• We split the difference with the hinge location to provide excellent geometry with or without a coupler.

30CG15 QC Grapple

• The Nye Coaxial Pin QC Demolition Grapple is designed to fit excavators equipped with Nye Stealth Quick Couplers.

06CG25 QC Grapple

• The Grapple is carefully designed and engineered for demolition work and will give years of service on the most demanding jobs. Also see EX06 QA and 06CG23
• All our Grapples are made of 120,000psi quenched & tempered steel plate. Hardened alloy pins and aluminum-bronze bushings are also used throughout.

60CG25 QAU Grapple

• Engineered to be extremely tough and durable. It is excellent for the following applications: crush and load garbage, wood waste, construction debris, brush and building demolition, etc.
